Jordan's Lofts are the first Phase of over 200,000 SF of development in the North end of Historic Downtown Bryan. The project is the culmination of 3 years of teamwork with both the City of Bryan and Brazos County.
Phase I will have 48 loft apartments modeled after our Kasparov Lofts and spread across 4 floors each have 12' ceilings, gorgeous 8' windows, large fully glass showers, gourmet kitchens and a lofted bedroom.
Some units feature balconies and all units have access to the 2nd floor "dog park".
